Apartment needed

I'm moving to Forsyth in mid-July, and am looking for a cheap single-bedroom or studio apartment, and furnished if possible. Is there anything out there?

There is not much, but there are some small apartments. One is Riverveiw villa. They are old military housing but it works. There are a few small apartments elsewhere in town.
